today I’m going to talk about Obesity. Is an interested subject for me so… Let’s
start!
The first
thing that we need to know what obesity is. Obesity is considered to have unhealthy
weight according to you age, height and age.
Inside of obesity differentiate excess weight and morbid obesity. The
last is the most dangerous because is the responsible of a huge troubles like a
high blood pressure, stroke, cardiovascular disease, heart attack, cataracts
and cancer. That condition affects many people, adults, children and teenagers
around the world include Chile. Chile ranks 23 on a 2007 list of fattest
countries with a percentage of 65.3% of its citizens with unhealthy weight, ocuppy the 8th location in OCDE in the 2017 year.
If you think in this number there are
a high number, but what happens, why the people are affected? Behind the
obesity there are many reasons. Since a simple bad habits (potentiated becoming
the adult age) or a deep physiological troubles, and a mixed between this both.
The fat people
many times have a negative thinking and they usually feel depressed. They don’t
like their corporal image, this have that they feel anxiety and they have to push
them to eat to fill up the hole that they are feeling. Slowly this becoming in a vicious circle and
the people can’t stop.
The last happened
each more to our children and obviously affected adult people, for that reason
is important development and thinking solutions to resolve and attack this.
We need re-educated to the population about the food, and the healthy food an unhealthy food. The phrase “We are what we eat” is actually a certain, all the food we eating have direct relation with our quality, functions and hope of life. To take a good nutrition, a health weight and healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy can help to reduce your risk of heart disease by maintaining blood pressure and cholesterol levels, just for mentioned some of beneficts. We need a real change, through the public politics and the education of our houses.

Hello Nicole, Im agree with you about re-educated people about food and its consequences in the body. I admire you because you always eat helthy food and you never fall for unhealthy food.
